VALENTIN DESIGNER APARTMENTS BOOKING CONDITIONS

General

• All bookings for the Designer Apartments are subject to the Austrian hotel industry GTCs 
• All prices are per person and per day (in euros) excluding local tax, and include all "Inclusive Valentin services"
• The local tax is EUR 5.00 per night/ per adult. Children from 15 years pay EUR 5.00.

 Deposit

• A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
• The deposit can be transferred to our bank account or you can pay online with your credit card via a secure, encrypted connection.
• In accordance with our cancellation conditions (see below), in the event of early cancellation, the deposit will of course be immediately returned. 

Cancellation policy

• For cancellation up to 60 days before agreed arrival: 0% Cancellation fees
• Cancellation from 59 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount Cancellation fee
• Cancellation from 30 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount Cancellation fee
• In case of cancellation in the last 7 days before agreed arrival: 90% of the total amount Cancellation fees
• In case of no-show without cancellation: 100%.
• In case of an early depature, no refunds will be issued and the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Final Cleaning

• For Apartments with 1 bedroom an amount of EUR 65,00 occurs for the final cleaning
• For Apartments with 2 bedrooms an amount of EUR 85,00 occurs for the final cleaning
• For Apartments with 3 bedrooms an amount of EUR 100,00 occurs for the final cleaning

Travel cancellation insurance

• As security in case you are unable to commence your holiday as planned or have to leave unexpectedly early, you do have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance before your holiday
• You will find more information about the “Hotel STORNO PLUS" travel cancellation insurance here
• Please also note that credit card providers often offer similar services and travel insurance may already be included

Check-in & Check-out

• Your apartment is available from 4 PM till 7PM on your day of arrival
  
• Your apartment must be vacated by 10 AM on your day of departure
  
• In case of availibility you also have the option of an "Early check-in" or "Late check-out" (for a fee) if you wish
  

Child discounts

• Please note that our child discounts only apply when the child  stays as an extra person in the apartment 

• Children up to 3 years of age receive a 90% discount

• Children between 4 and 6 years receive a 60% discount

• Children between 7 and 14 years recive a 30% discount

• Children from 15 years receive a 20% discountPet rules

• In consideration of the other guests no pets are allowed in our hotel (regardless of size)
  

Payment method

• As a payment method, we accept bank cards, VISA, Mastercard as well as cash or transfers
• Pay online with your credit card via a secure, encrypted connection

• Unfortunately we cannot accept Traveller Checks

• Please note that corresponding processing fees will apply if you choose to pay in foreign currency (not EUR)
