BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS FOR STRAIGHFORWARD, WINTER RENTAL

All bookings for the Designer Apartments are subject to the Austrian hotel industry GTCs
All prices are per person and per day (in euros) excluding local tax, and include all "Inclusive Valentin services"
During the winter season (01/11 – 30/04), for adults, a local tax of €3.00 is applied, and in the summer season (01/05 – 31/10) this is € 2.50 per night.
In 2017 children born in or after 2002 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
In 2018 children born in or after 2003 are exempted from the visitor’s tax.

A 40% deposit is due for payment on booking.
The deposit can be paid by transfer to our bank account or debited directly from your credit card.
In accordance with our cancellation conditions (see below), in the event of early cancellation, the deposit will of course be immediately returned.
Please note that, even in the event of a missing payment, your booking will continue to be valid in accordance with the "reservation confirmation" sent.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
40% of the total sum shall be charged for cancellations during the 15 days prior to your arrival.
70% of the total sum will be charged in the event of cancellation up to 8 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total sum will be charged.
A 100% charge shall apply in the event of a no-show, without cancellation.
No refund will be made in the event of an early departure.
Other cancellation rates apply to group bookings, please contact our reservation staff.

Your room is available from 4 PM till 7PM on your day of arrival
Your room must be vacated by 10 AM on your day of departure
In case of availibility you also have the option of an "Early check-in" or "Late check-out" (for a fee) if you wish

Please note that our child discounts only apply when the child stay as an extra persen in the apartment
Children up to 3 years of age receive a 100% discount
Children between 4 and 12 years receive a 50% discount
Children from 13 years receive a 20% discount

In consideration of the other guests no pets are allowed in our hotel (regardless of size)

As a payment method, we accept bank cards, VISA, Mastercard as well as cash or transfers
Unfortunately we cannot accept Traveller Checks
Please note that corresponding processing fees will apply if you choose to pay in foreign currency (not EUR)

As security in case you are unable to commence your holiday as planned or have to leave unexpectedly early, you do have the option of taking a travel cancellation insurance before your holiday

Please also note that credit card providers often offer similar services and travel insurance may already be included

For Apartments with 1 bedroom an amount of EUR 65,00 occurs for the final cleaning
For Apartments with 2 bedrooms an amount of EUR 85,00 occurs for the final cleaning
For Apartments with 3 bedrooms an amount of EUR 100,00 occurs for the final cleaning
