YOUR BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE DESIGN APARTMENTS VALENTIN

General information

• All bookings at the Design Apartments Valentin are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
• All prices are per person per day (in EUR) excluding local tax, including all "Valentin inclusive services".
• Price excluding local tax: EUR 5.00 per night per adult; children aged 15 and over pay EUR 5.00

Deposit

• A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
• The deposit can be transferred to our bank account or you can pay online by credit card via a secure, encrypted connection.
• In the event of early cancellation, the deposit will of course be refunded immediately in accordance with our cancellation policy (see below).

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date: 0% cancellation fee

• Cancellation within the last 59 days before the agreed arrival date: 40% of the total amount as cancellation fee
  
• Cancellation within the last 30 days before the agreed arrival date: 70% of the total amount as cancellation fee

• Cancellation within the last 7 days before the agreed arrival date: 90% of the total amount as cancellation fee

• In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without cancellation): 100%

• Please note that in the event of early departure, no refund will be issued and the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Payment methods

• We accept debit cards, VISA, Mastercard and cash or bank transfers.
• Pay online by credit card via a secure, encrypted connection.
• Traveller’s cheques cannot be accepted.
• Please note that if payment is made in a foreign currency (not EUR), corresponding processing fees will apply.

Travel cancellation insurance

To protect yourself in case you are unable to take your holiday as planned or need to cut your stay short, you can take out travel cancellation insurance – even before your holiday. For more information on the "Hotel STORNO PLUS insurance". Please also note that many credit card providers offer similar benefits or include travel insurance.

Check-in & Check-out

• Your apartment is available from 4 PM till 7PM on your day of arrival
  
• Your apartment must be vacated by 10 AM on your day of departure
  
• In case of availibility you also have the option of an "Early check-in" or "Late check-out" (for a fee) if you wish
  

Child discounts

• Please note that our child discounts only apply when the child  stays as an extra person in the apartment 

• Children up to 3 years of age receive a 90% discount

• Children between 4 and 6 years receive a 60% discount

• Children between 7 and 14 years recive a 30% discount

• Children from 15 years receive a 20% discountPet rules

• In consideration of the other guests no pets are allowed in our hotel (regardless of size)

• As a payment method, we accept bank cards, VISA, Mastercard as well as cash or transfers
• Pay online with your credit card via a secure, encrypted connection

• Unfortunately we cannot accept Traveller Checks

• Please note that corresponding processing fees will apply if you choose to pay in foreign currency (not EUR)
