Status of Compliance with the Requirements

Our website is already partially compliant with the Level AA requirements of WCAG 2.2 and the European Standard EN 301 549. Full accessibility has not yet been achieved due to certain exceptions and technical limitations.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with Accessibility Requirements

• A sitemap is available, but it does not list detail pages. As a result, criterion 2.4.5 – Multiple Ways – is not fully met. We plan to resolve this issue with a CMS update.

b) Disproportionate Burden

• On an iPad Air in portrait mode, the page is not fully responsive and can be horizontally scrolled. This does not meet the requirements of criterion 1.3.4 – Orientation. Fixing this would require a complete reprogramming of the website, which constitutes a disproportionate burden.

• Text displayed in columns requires horizontal scrolling when enlarged to 200%, which violates criteria 1.4.4 – Resize Text and 1.4.10 – Reflow. Fixing this would also require a complete reprogramming of the website, which constitutes a disproportionate burden.

• On the English-language version of the website, alternative texts and accessible labels are currently not consistently provided in the respective page language. This constitutes a violation of Success Criterion 3.1.2 – Language of Parts. Addressing this issue would require extensive editorial and technical adjustments, which would represent a disproportionate burden. A gradual improvement is planned as part of future revisions.
  

c) Content Outside the Scope of Applicable Legislation

Some content on our website is not subject to legal accessibility requirements:

• Older documents: Content published before June 28, 2025, is not subject to legal requirements. Therefore, comprehensive adjustments for these documents are not currently planned.
• External content: Our website may include documents or content from third-party providers that are not created, funded, or controlled by us. We cannot guarantee their accessibility. These include, among others, the booking interface integration from Websline, its inquiry manager, last-minute deal module, and voucher module. Additionally, this site uses the webcam widget from Ötztal Tourismus and their interactive ski map.
