NB.: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in this area of the hotel

Services

• For a stay of 4 to 5 nights: One time change of the towels and dispose of garbage
• For a stay of 6 or more nights: Complete cleaning of your apartment on the 3rd or 4th day, including change of linen (bed linen, hand and high-absorbency bath towels)
• Concierge service: ski course bookings, ticket ordering, table reservations, excursion tips, and much more.
• Ski passes:  You can buy a ski pass directly over the counter at the cablecar-station. 
• Ötztal Summer Card: We are a sales point for the Ötztal Card. You can purchase the Ötztal Card at reception
