HIKING, CLIMBING, PLAYING OUTDOORS
250 kilometres of uphill and downhill trails leading towards the sunset. When the peaks of Sölden call, freedom and adventure are never far away. And the enjoyment in numerous alpine huts. Throughout the Ötztal valley: 19 climbing gardens, including 4 for families, and several via ferratas, including one at the famous Stuibenfall, Tyrol’s highest waterfall.
Off-Road fun on 3 wheels
A Mountain cart is a high-quality and robust fun sport device with three tyres that guarantees safe downhill riding fun. Guaranteed fun for families with children, but also for an active and sports-minded public. Treat your tired hiking and biking legs to a pit stop: cruise along 7.3 kilometers in a mountain cart from Gaislachkogl middle station down to the valley floor in Sölden - a kind of off-road go-kart equipped with 3 wheels without a motor. You simply take young co-pilots (from 6 years) on your lap!

28 fully equipped, modern apartments at 4-star level with a kitchen. 1 to 3 bedrooms, between 42 and 96 m². With all the amenities you know from home and perhaps a few extra perks like a fireplace, flat-screen TV, Bose Bluetooth speakers, tablets ("Suitepads") for browsing, streaming music, room temperature control and more. And the best part: everything in a prime location, just 200 m from the valley station of the Gaislachkoglbahn.

Building materials that are true to the area, such as wood and stone, dominate the entire house. Transparency and a lavishness you can feel, thanks to large windows with a clear view of the mountains. Bright and friendly colours, inviting you to linger.
