SKIING IN SÖLDEN
In winter, the extensive slopes in the Sölden ski area are prepared just for you. The ski area covers over 400 hectares of piste. Even with more than 10,000 skiers enjoying the runs, you'll still have around 400 square meters of slope area all to yourself. This year, you can purchase your ski pass online— the earlier you buy it, the cheaper it is. The ski area operates under a safety concept developed by experts.

28 fully equipped, modern apartments between 42 and 96 m² (1-3 bedrooms) on a 4 star level plus complete kitchen. With all the conveniences you know from home, and perhaps one or two extras, like a fireplace, flat-screen TV, Bose Bluetooth speakers, SuitePad tablets for surfing the net, music-streaming, air-conditioning control, and more. And, best of all: all this in a top location, only 200 metres from the valley station of the Gaislachkoglbahn cable car.

Building materials that are true to the area, such as wood and stone, dominate the entire house. Transparency and a lavishness you can feel, thanks to large windows with a clear view of the mountains. Bright and friendly colours, inviting you to linger.

We have also taken care of the “trappings”
Adequate number of outside parking spaces, but also in our underground car park. Ski storage facilities with lockable storage boxes, storage room for sports equipment (mountain bikes etc.), dressing rooms for early and late departures, laundry for our guests, including washing machine, dryer and iron.
Everything is possible, but nothing is obligatory.
